You will notice in the photos we have fit so much in here, we even put a huge wardrobe in the living room for extra workout storage but you can easily fit a dining room table in that nook. We also have a king size bed in the bedroom in case you are curious what fits. Our couch (also for sale) is Bob's cloud dupe that is 11 feet in length. Both of our desks are 76 inches in length, and our living room TV is 70 inches. We also fit a peloton in here without it feeling cramped. The apartment has a huge outdoor patio that faces southwest and is located right next to the BBQ grills. We put down decking that we can leave if you like. There's an elevator that goes directly to the garage so its super convenient to bring things up and down. The apartment has all the features you would expect for a luxury building; Viking Stove, LG front loader washer and dryer, central A/C heat with a nest thermostat, community WIFI, Kohler sinks and bathroom fixtures, quartz countertops, floating double sink in the bathroom, under cabinet kitchen lighting...honestly there is too many features to list.
