Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Explore the nearby shops, restaurants, and cafes, or take a stroll along scenic walking paths. For outdoor fun, you can visit nearby parks, playgrounds, and recreational areas, or enjoy water activities such as kayaking and paddleboarding. There's plenty to do for both adults and children. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. No pets are allowed on the property. Smoking in the home or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking.
