I live alone in this amazing gated community across the street from the most amazing community center possible with all activities available including tennis, fitness center, pool, ping pong, card room, library, etc and loads of organized activities for those that want to participate. The room is a large master bedroom with its own large bathroom and onsite storage is available. Utilities are included. There are two separate entrances to the house. It is appox 1200 sq feet and was just redone inside.
