Room available Room is unfurnished and It's in a quiet neighborhood and has plenty of space in the garage or living room area for someone who needs it for extra things a place to stay. Short or long term stays are okay. Contract is a month to month agreement. Home currently has two other people in it and the bathroom is shared with one roommate. Home has two dogs currently. So other pets are negotiable. Wouldn't recommend a cat though. House rules are simple, no smoking inside, no drugs, no parties and don't cause or bring drama. Must also be employed. Rent includes all utilities
