Ample interior space, back and side yard. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators. The available bedroom is on the larger size has to share the full bathroom w/ only one other person. On street parking only. 2nd Floor bedroom w/ semi-private bathroom: $875 + Utils and WSG Regular sized closet w/ some added vertical storage space The bathroom includes a tub & shower, toilet, cupboards and sink. You would would sign a lease with the main Roomie, and we would like at least a 6 month lease, but we would love someone to stay longer if they mesh well with all of us.
