For all others please read: I am looking to re-let my studio apartment in the Parkville area. For those that don't know a studio is literally everything, with the exception of the bathroom, in one room. I am needing for someone to move in before the end of July. The apartment was originally unfurnished, but I am willing to negotiate on items like the TV, Microwave, and so forth. This apartment was also renovated before I moved in. There is a walk-in closet. In addition to this, there is another closet for added storage. This is a yearly lease. Water is included in the lease, however gas and electric are not. The BG&E bill doesn't go over $70.
