    2303 Victory st was purchased and full rehab done in 2020. Additional square footage was added. House is a 3/2 with 1220 sqft. The house was torn down to the studs and the only major thing not renovated was the current electrical wiring and the roof. Decent size backyard enclosed by chain link fence. House is currently not rented due to preparing to list on the market. This house has rented out for $1100 in the past and I have had no problems finding good tenants for the house. Will qualify for FHA and VA loans with no problem. This would be a great cash cow with section 8 tenants.
