This vacation rental is set up perfectly for long-term guests with a minimum of a 30 night stay. This property features no fuss no muss but has all the amenities to make sure your vacation does not skip a beat. Bring your camera! Get ready for the sunsets over Anna Maria Sound. Upon entering you are greeted with open Anna Maria Sound views over the heated salt water pool and private dock. This property is very welcoming and features an open floor plan. The living room is centrally connected to both the chef's fully equipped kitchen and also the family room which is perfect for the younger ones in the group. There are five bedrooms that all offer smart TV's, there is also a private office space for those necessary zoom meetings or school assignments. The main Level offers two bedrooms with king size beds. These two rooms are separated by a Jack and Jill full bathroom with walk-in shower. An additional half bath can be found in the hall on this main level. At the top of the staircase, you will find three more bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are large spa-like suites that offer floor to ceiling windows and a sliding door to the upper terrace overlooking the bay. The third room offers two full size beds with pullout mattresses underneath plus a bunk bed, games and plenty of space for your younger ones in the group to enjoy! Don't let your vacation skip a beat! "Chardonnay Bay" offers all the goodies kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes for exploring the neighborhood as well as plenty of beach chairs and toys for your trips to AMI.
