I am very open as far as length of lease, even if it is just for a few months. I will not do more than a year to start. Ocean view cottage with tons of deck space. There is an owner-occupied apartment on the property but it is separate. This home comes furnished, including with dishes and linens. Landlord has access to the storage shed. Beach is a short walk away as is downtown Summerland. Home is limited to four people. Will consider a pet. Utilities are included. This is a cute and cozy home but what makes it a great home is the view. This home is best for someone who wants it completely furnished, including the small stuff like towels, dishes, etc. It is a cute home, but the right people for this house are people who are interested in the view of the ocean. If that's not important to you I don't think this is the right house for you because that is really what makes it special. This home is not appropriate for little kids because I am not willing to risk a child falling from the patio. Can be a yearly lease or if you just need the school year, it can be the whole year minus the summer. Very flexible. Small non shedding dog is a possibility as well as a cat. All utilities included.
