Each adult must submit a separate application. * Must provide proof of renter's insurance and maintain current throughout your tenancy. * An up front payment of first month's rent ($1,695) plus an additional security deposit ($2500) is required by cashier's check or money order when signing a rental agreement. * Valid photo I.D. required. * Maximum occupancy 5 persons * No pets. Exceptions will be made for service animals as required by law. * Water, Sewer, and Trash are not included in the rent and are billed as a flat rate of $200.00 per month.
