Security Deposit: Equal to one or two months' rent, depending on the results of the application screening. Application Fee: $50 per applicant (18 years or older). Application Requirements: All applicants 18 years and older must complete an application and are subject to credit, criminal background, rental history, employment, and income verification. Utilities: Residents are responsible for establishing and maintaining gas and electric service through LG&E. Water is billed monthly in addition to rent. The owner pays for sewer and trash service. Renter's Insurance: Residents are required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term with a minimum of $500,000 in personal liability coverage. Pets: Cats are welcome with applicable pet fees and monthly pet rent. Dogs are not permitted in this apartment community.
