Front yard with one shade tree (the one on the right, by the parking space). (the tree on the left passed away:-( Large deck off the kitchen/dining area. Smaller deck/balcony off the master bedroom, 2nd floor. Gas heat and central HVAC. Gas fireplace. Gas range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Hardwood floors with lots of natural wood trim. Craftsman style exposed beams and details. All windows are screened and have blinds or curtains. Major rooms have ceiling fans. Skylights in the bathrooms on 2nd floor. The first floor has a thousand square feet of common area, in a bright open layout, with craftsman style post and beam details. There is a large living room with a gas fireplace, dining room (with a closet), kitchen with island counter, large exterior deck, coat or mud room, hallway closet, and a full bath. The second floor has large 1st bedroom with private balcony, with real mountain views (Brown's Mountain to the East), two closets, and a full bathroom en-suite; down the hall is a modest 2nd bedroom with a closet. A total of 3 private baths are on second floor, each with a skylight that opens for ventilation. The third bedroom is in the "attic" space - with two windows in a long layout, including a window air-conditioner and electric heat, though that is typically not needed. Hardwood/bamboo flooring, see pictures. Basement / laundry is shared with one other person, who rents a small basement apartment, that has a separate entrance out back. This tenant takes care of yard/mowing, gardening, and reserves use of the one off-street parking space. A custom, covered bike rack on the side of house. Pets are welcome but subject to a monthly surcharge. The monthly pet surcharge = $2 x weight of pet(s) in pounds. We will not rent to undergraduate students. Landlord pays all utilities. Small front yard fenced in. Outside covered bike storage rack. Back yard probably not available.
