Garage parking with garage opener. There are space to park more cars on property, but will be difficult to come in and out for others if driveway is blocked. Ideal only for 1 car per unit. Guests may have to park on side street a couple houses over as there is not street parking directly in front. Recently remodeled bathroom, new carpet and paint in unit. Portable dishwasher in kitchen. New shared washer and dryer in basement. Basement is split. New owner/landlord. Tentatively planning for more renovations and updating appliances. Prefer no pets, but this is negotiable on case by case with a fee. Offering 1 year leases, but will consider other terms as well. Require first months rent and deposit prior to move in. Looking for a responsible tenant that is a nonsmoker. Strictly no cigarette smoking inside unit, so I prefer a nonsmoker. If interested, please email me and tell me a bit about yourself.
