This is a fully furnished apartment for ready-to-move-in rentals. This apartment comes with well-equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, dishwasher, furniture, towels and linen and electronics (LCD TV, music system etc). We do not provide unfurnished rental. This apartment is in a very safe gated resort, with 24 x 7 security at entrance and single point of entrance/ exit. Each and every visitor is registered and their ID verified. My tenants would receive a proximity card so they can skip the lines and go straight through Owner's lane. We only accept small dogs below 40 lbs weight and cats. Please check with us about pets. There is monthly pet fee of $150 for first pet and $100 for second pet. It is ideal for corporate relocations or people looking for medium-to-long term hassle-free fully-furnished rental in resort setting. To repeat, we do not provide unfurnished rental. Discounts available for long-term renters. Owner pays for trash, sewer, wifi and cable TV. Tenant pays for electricity.
