The main bedroom size is something you usually do not see in the city, but only in the suburbs. The second bedroom is still large for the city if for a kid, an office or a second roommate. It has a full kitchen with a new oven as of the May 2017, full common room, and a new central heat/AC as of May 2017. It does not have a W/D in the unit but there are laundromats nearby.
