With 15ft vaulted ceilings and a dramatic natural stone fireplace, the open-concept living room seamlessly connects to the dining and kitchen areas. The fully remodeled kitchen features a large dining table seating up to 12 guests, a stunning waterfall-edge kitchen island, and a fully stocked kitchen ideal for culinary adventures. Outdoor dining and relaxation are enhanced by a covered upper deck, a brand new 8-person hot tub under a covered patio, and expansive decks offering serene views and plenty of seating. The pet fee is $150 per pet with a maximum of 3 pets allowed. The cabin is stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent. Various board games, cards, and yard games are available for entertainment. Two fishing poles, two kayaks, and two paddle boards are provided for guest use. Firewood is supplied for guest use. Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin and surrounding property, including hiking trails, forests, meadows, and ponds. The cabin is wheelchair accessible with a ramp to enter the main level, and the master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with a grab bar for safety. There is a paved driveway and parking areas with plenty of room to park a boat trailer if enjoying Seneca Lake. No other guests will be staying at the property during your visit. After booking, you will receive a renter's agreement via email to sign. There will be a security hold of $600 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay. A laptop computer is not included.
