This is a great complex and well built. Beautiful view of the Gullf. Nothing like hearing the sounds of the giulf and if you love sunrises, this is the place to be.The pool is large and inviting. Great place to relax after a day at the beach with hot dogs and burgers. They have a great HOA that does a good job maintaining the building and landscaping. This unit is Definiely a must see. Recently refurbished. The owners have done an exceptional job with color and bringing out the the beachy Atomosphere! This complex is one the better places to buy. Good rental potential . The summer for 2016 is already booked!Call me and I will make sure you see this lovely unit with a fantastic view of the Gulf !!
