I have a room that just became available. The lease is for a minimum of 3 months. The listing above does not give you an option for 3 months so that is why it states 1 month. We are all professional people in the house and everyone is treated like family. I am looking for a professional person that is responsible, does not do drugs or have wild parties. You are expected to keep your room clean as well as cleaning up after yourself in all common areas. The room available is a very comfortable size room with a tv, a large closet and a recliner. The house and yard are common areas with the exception of your room which is your private area. The house is centrally located. It is close to a grocery store (Albertsons), a shopping center, many restaurants which include 2 pizza restaurants, Saturdays Restaurant (they serve American cuisine), a bar-b-q restaurant, a Mexican food restaurant just to mention a few. We are close to 2 banks and the major roads close are Bender, Dal Paso, Grimes, Turner and the Lovington Highway. In about 10 or 15 minutes or so you can be just about any place in town you want to be. The house is fully furnished - furniture, bedding, towels, etc. All you need is your clothes. We have satellite tv, fast WiFi and the normal utilities. I have a room for rent and the lease is a minimum of 3 months. There is a deposit but the rent of $750.00 includes all utilities.
