**A minimal 30 day stay is required for this location.** This very nice newly remodeled location which is approx 3,000 square feet. It is less then 1 1/2 miles from AT&T Stadium/Dallas Cowboy Stadium , Texas Rangers Stadium, Six Flags/Hurricane Harbor and plenty of restaurants such as my favorite, Pappadeaux. Why deal with the traffic and high priced parking just to get there. Uber is much easier. (Please note that this is a 4 bedroom house, however only 3 of them will be available to use for HomeAway guests). This is month to month. We do not offer 12 month leases. No parties are allowed to be thrown and all cars must be parked in the long drive way.
