The rent is 1000 and we would split utilities. One month security deposit. 2 bedroom one bath in Ukrainian village. Washer and Dryer in the basement. The room could be furnished if needed. Central Air and new appliances. I am looking for a roommate that pays her bills on time and communicates with me. I am 26 years old and works a 9/5. I go to the gym afterwards so I will be gone majority of the day. When I am at home, I like to cook and clean and be in my room relaxing. I am looking for someone with no pets at this time. I am thinking of getting a bunny in the future. I am a easy out going roommate and just looking for a roommate to match my energy.
