The inside of the house has been completely renovated. We have a few things left to finish but the house will be ready by Friday. We have installed new kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring throughout the house and new bathroom fixtures. We will be installing new windows today and tomorrow and that should complete the renovation. The lease terms are as follows , 1 year lease with the tenant being responsible for all of the utilities . We have as strict non-smoking policy and don't accept pets. The rent is to be paid through Venmo, Chime or Zelle. The house will be ready for rent by Friday with immediate occupancy . There is a $55.00 credit/background check per applicant.
