The home is large and spacious, having more than enough living space for two people. The first floor has a living room, half-bath, large separate dining room, and kitchen. The second floor has a very large full bath with separate stand-up shower and bathtub. The third floor has a second bedroom, family/entertainment room, as well as a staircase leading to the rooftop deck. The backyard is large enough for cookouts and has a storage shed with alleyway access. There are no designated parking spots but I haven't had any issues finding good parking on the street.
