This houseboat offers some of the best views of the lake and it's tucked into a private spot with privacy and incredible access to the water. Paddle board or kayak right off the front or just watch the lake activity from this very whimsical and special place we call "EZ Street". One very comfortable queen bedroom, and then if you have guest, there is a funky spot with another queen bed (think RV when you were little but WAY better) accessed by ladder (loft). This place is comfortable and immaculate and has been lovingly restored. Brand new bathroom (shower, vanity and toilet) Brand new washer and dryer just installed too :) Its location is very special and ideal for those wanting access to all the restaurants and boutiques around Fremont and Wallingford -Westward is just a few doors down, the Burke Gilman Trail is out your front door, and of course Gas Works Park to name a few. The sunshine is captured perfectly here, it's quiet and sits in a beautiful marina. No lack of a wonderful nights sleep here. The lapping of the water is beautiful. The main living area is all new furniture the chaise is perfectly situated to capture the front row stunning views of city lights and water on all 3 sides. New appliances and well stocked kitchen, dinners on the upstairs deck are incredible. This is a really fun way to experience Lake Union and houseboat magic -we love this houseboat and think you will too. Guest access: There are designated spaces in front of the marina gate that are meant for guests. The gate is locked each night for added security. Other things to note: The access to the houseboat is approximately 200 yard from its parking area. This is a meant for a person with no mobility or balance issues due to the pier access and step to the house entrance. Like any houseboat; or structure over the water caution must be used for safety. WiFi, and utilities all included. Cleaning fee of $150 and applying with a pet, (and approved) a $100 pet fee will be added. Lease is 30 day minimum, up to 120 days. Completely furnished houseboat. No smoking or vaping allowed.
