With all the news behind COVID-19 my wife and I are opening the second floor of our Duplex to first responders or other personnel that are coming to the city and need short term housing. We typically have our second floor rented out on Air Bnb, but are trying to do our part in helping with this pandemic. This would be perfect for any health care professionals that need a quick commute to local Detroit hospitals(Detroit Medical Center, Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit Receiving, and Many More). It is fully furnished and has all the amenities anyone will need. The second-floor unit will be separate from our family. The only items that are shared is an entrance and a washer and dryer in the basement. This is a completely furnished home, which includes kitchen items, sheets, and furniture. My wife and I are supper quiet and our new puppy can bark time to time, but shouldn't wake anyone up. We have a college student on the 3rd floor, she can be a little loud, but will away turn down the music if you text her. The room furniture will be the same as the photos and the kitchen has all basic items. We are willing to do Weekly, Month to Month, 3 Month, or longer furnished or unfurnished. Very flexible so please ask and we will try our best to accommodate
