Please note: the stated Application Fee is $185.00 per person, for each person 18 years and older applying to reside in the apartment. The Application Fee is comprised of $35.00 Credit Check Fee [non-refundable] and a $150.00 down payment that removes the apartment from the market for your party. If you are approved, this down payment will be applied towards your One-Time Non-Refundable Administration Fee. Minors living with their parents/guardians are exempt from this limit. However, a total person capacity will be enforced based on Chicago City Code. Minors living without their parents/guardians will be considered as occupants, and will be counted towards this limit. Occupants under the age of 18 and will be residing with their parents/guardians, are exempt from the Administration fee.
