Once you enter, the bed area is lofted, there is a small closet, the bathroom with a real toilet and standing shower. The kitchen has a large sink, a good size fridge/ freezer and a toaster oven. No cooktop. So close to Lamar and all the public transportation as well as grocery, target, restaurants, etc. Amazing walkability. All bills paid and lease length can be any length. I only ask for 30 days notice. All bills included - wifi can be negotiated.
