The room has its own private entrance, a full bathroom and even a semi-finished basement with a washer and dryer. It is perfect for someone who wants their own spot but does not want to give up location or the extra money to get it. While the house is newly updated and a great size, the best part of the place is the location. Right in the heart of one of the coolest neighborhoods in Philadelphia (Northern Liberties) you cannot go a block without running into a great restaurant or bar. About your roommate/landlord, I am a friendly 30 year old male who loves hanging out with his family and friends. I love music (all genres but especially indie/alternative) , Philly sports, traveling and my new hobby of running (training for Rock n Roll Half Marathon). Your other roommate is a grey kitten named Earl Grey. I am basically looking for a responsible male or female (no couples please) that will take care of the house that I have worked hard for and would be fun to grab a drink with once in a while.
