After 7+ years of planning and construction, with several interruptions, the house portion of the remodel project is complete. The new built-in, period correct buffet in the dining room has been installed. That installation along with the built-in bookcase in the office, completes the interior remodel!! Some necessary exterior finishing touches (new fencing & new, drought tolerant landscaping) are still needed. It is 100 in 2017 and hopefully will be here for the next 100 years.
