Since this is our home, that means my husband and I will be living on the other side of the duplex so we're hoping to find someone who is responsible, clean and overall just a friendly neighbor. Our home is located in the heart of Tower District and is less than 5-10 mins away from Downtown Fresno and the Highway entrances of CA-41 & CA-99.
