Fully furnished studio yurt/cabin nestled in the woods on a 3 acre property bordering national forest. 10 minutes to Taos Ski Valley and 20 minutes to Taos Plaza. Seasonal rental to single person. $1200/mo includes furnishings and utilities. No smoking. No pets. Yurt is heated with a wood stove and fire wood is provided. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ/porch, full size bed, love seat, desk, TV and high speed internet (100mpbs). Bath house is shared with 2 other guests on the property. Must have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle for winter driving. This rental has two shared bath houses. The property owners supply toiletries, clean and maintain the bath houses. However, they are shared spaces and renter must be comfortable with a communal space. In addition to that, because we don't require a down payment, we typically are open to a negotiated rental lime line. We do wish to rent the unit for a season ( typically from November until March/April during the winter months), but we are negotiable on a month to month basis beyond that winter period. Also, given that we have limited parking and the land is somewhat communal in layout, we ask that renters not host visiting guests. If you are an individual who likes to host, this unit is not a great fit for that. Despite the communal layout, our rentals are best suited for those who want to come home to a quiet, cozy studio after socializing while away from home.
