About the Property: The Sage Boho Bungalow is located at 231 Laumer Ave, San Jose, CA. This home compound has 4 dwelling units. Three of them are rented out (Airbnb, Furnished Finder and other rental platforms) and Liberty's family lives in the main unit. Each unit has a separate entrance. Even though we live in the compound, you have the privacy and space that you need when you stay. We are around if you need us. Directions to the Unit: Enter through the home compound's main gate. Walk straight ahead at the side of the patio until the second patio. Parking: Our driveway can fit three compact cars. For your booking, you will have one (1) designated parking spot. Your designated parking spot is 3rd from the right facing the gate or the front house. Our driveway can fit three compact cars so kindly make sure that as you park, you give space for another guest beside you. If you/your party has more than 1 car, feel free to use street parking. Every guest must provide us with the car's make, model and color so that our onsite team can recognize your car. Any car that is not recognized or that is parked illegally will be towed at the owner's expense. Indoors: No outside footwear in the unit please. Noise: Units are structurally built with thin walls. Please keep noise to a minimum as a mutual courtesy to guests among all units. Utilities: Utilities are included in the rent. Please note however that although utilities are covered, all-inclusive rent doesn't mean 24/7 use. We are asking for your kind cooperation in being mindful of electric use the way you would if this was your own home. Shared Space: There's a patio outside the unit which is a shared space with other guests. Even at these outdoor area, smoking is NOT allowed. STRICTLY NO SMOKING,NO VISITORS, NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED If you can just be kind enough to leave the unit the way you found it, that would be great!
