We just finished a complete fix-up of the home, including the addition of central heat and a/c, a brand new 50 gallon electric hot water heater, and a new deck! Also featured are fresh paint inside and out, new carpet/vinyl, updated appliances, new seamless gutters, and more! We completed refinishing the hardwood floor in the living room and it turned out beautifully. Right now there are no realtors involved, at least not on my end.
