The neighborhood, by the nature of condos, is somewhat transient. It seems like for most people it is their first home or their last, so units are taken care of very nicely. There are a lot of younger couples moving into the neighborhood and many older couples too, but not that many in between with teenage children. Garden Park, as the name would suggest, has a lot of landscaping that is regularly maintained. The location is VERY convenient. Grocery shopping, post office, library, office supply, and a few really good restaurants are within easy walking distance.
