New K Hovnanian home built in 2017 for my wife and I as we down sized. Very energy efficient, single story home with hardwood floors, tile and carpet. Set on a small lot in a "typical" subdivision, we have enjoyed out time here and have finally mad it "our home". Good neighbors, active HOA that has regualr events for both Adults and Children. Great schools and this community is growing. Only downsize curently is the construction leading into the town.
