I'm a large house with a huge yard that is great for kids. I'm in an established neighborhood. My neighbors have wonderful families who are friendly and take care of their properties. I have a big, bright, open kitchen. No inside pets. No smoking. Gas dryer will be left if renter wishes to use. Natural gas heat, stove and dryer. Owner sprays inside and outside of house for bugs every couple of months and checks air filters. Pole barn is reserved for owners use. There is a two-story shed for renters use.
