House will have all new flooring, new 14 SEER heat pump and a few other items. The house also has a metal roof. We provide a working dishwasher and stove, you need to have your own refrigerator. The pictures are as of 5/9/21 and still have the carpet which is being torn out. Please drive the neighborhood to see if it is something that you are interested in.
