Giant living space, dining room with built in. Quiet tenant in the in law unit below. I never see or hear her. Huge yard with parking for several cars. Shed out back. Washer/Dryer hookups, but I'd love to sell my 1.5 year old GE set that I purchased for the space. Let me know if you're interested. You will have to go through the agency and get approved.
