For rent nice 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home in quiet country setting on our 3 acre farm, the agreement will be a month to month rental. The following are a few of the terms of the agreement, no more than 2 people which will be gainfully employed, designated parking area shall be abided by, no house guest beyond 2 days or a $30 fee a day shall be applied. No hard drug use what so ever will be allowed or your gone immediately no if and or buts about the matter. No late being on rent a $20 a day fee shall be imposed after the fifth of the month will be applied no partial rents taken. A $2000 security deposit is required and shall not be used for the last months rent. Small pets only and $250 pet deposit shall be paid , The security deposit is used for cleanup reasons and any damages caused by tenants and their pets inside or out after the unit is vacated. Any damages caused by pets and or tenants and guest will be deducted from the security deposit. We know it sounds strict but we have to be, after damages by past renters. We are easy to get along with and are more than welcome to open the property up for the right people. Mature couples and roommates are welcomed we are not against children but the setting just simply is not suited. Applications are being taken now and unit will be ready for rent on the first of the month. Owner pays for water and trash, tenant pays for all utilities
