A completely equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare a gourmet meal! The main bedroom has a door for privacy, and the living area comes complete with a pull out murphy bed, and sleeper sofa. All utilities available sine this unit is a monthly, Winter rental. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: 1 King Common Space: 1 Trundle bed & 1 Sofa bed No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. This is a Fall/Winter rental (month-to-month). We allow rentals between October 1st through April 1st, 2023. If you are renting for more than 1 month, there will be a lease to sign and a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent. A simple background check when applying is also required. All utilities are included since it is a monthly, Winter rental.
