Cleaning fee of $350 and damage deposit will be required. No pets. Ideal applicant will have proof of income, at least 2x monthly rent, positive rental history and low criminal history, along with good credit. Payments can be made via cash, check, money order, cashier's check or online portal (cc fees apply). I do not accept paypal, venmo or cashapp for this rental.
