Beautiful, spacious room available in a clean and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Birdland, just north of Mission Valley. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a great layout for roommates, with two full-sized living rooms, a large kitchen, dining area, central A/C, dishwasher, backyard, full-sized washer and dryer, and a large garage with plenty of storage. The location is very central, just minutes from Mission Valley, the 163, and a nearby park. The room is approximately 12.5 x 10 and fits a queen bed plus additional furniture. It has good natural light, an overhead fan, a large closet, and additional hallway closets that will be yours as well. The bathroom would be shared with one roommate and includes a shower and tub. You would be living with two respectful, easygoing guys in our 30s who are gone a lot with work, social engagements, and travel. The house vibe is relaxed, friendly, and clean. We both work most days and tend to keep a fairly normal schedule, usually winding down around 10 or 11 p.m. and waking up around 8 a.m. We are social and may occasionally have friends over, but this is not a party house. We are looking for one roommate who is responsible, considerate, clean, and easy to live with. Someone who values a peaceful home, communicates well, and is willing to share basic house responsibilities would be a great fit The house will be fully furnished, with the exception of your bedroom. We recently moved in and are still finishing some of the common areas and backyard, but the house is already comfortable and coming together nicely. Rent is $1,295 per month, plus a share of utilities The lease is month-to-month for flexibility, but we are hoping to find someone who is looking for a longer-term living situation. Unfortunately we can't have any pets or couples, sorry!
