This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. I currently live in one of the rooms and am looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom for a year long lease (can be flexible here though.) Both bedrooms are very large and the living room, kitchen and rooftop are all fully furnished. You will only need furniture for your bedroom. A little about me - I'm a 28 year old female with a very low maintenance dog (doesn't chew, bark, etc.) I work from home currently with a desk in my bedroom but will be heading into the office 2-3 days a week within a few months. I'm very clean/organized and pretty quiet during the week. On the weekends I'll hang out with friends, go out, go to the dog park, out to eat, etc. Anything else you want to know just ask! Gas/electric and WiFi is shared. Usually comes to about $60-$80 per person a month. There is tons of street parking (both permit and non permit around.) No cigarette smokers.
