This is a long or short term rental (this can be discussed), so rent will include the house furnished with water/sewer/trash utilities and yard and pool maintenance. Refundable Pet deposit is $500 for one pet and $800 for two pets. Monthly pet fee is $35. Breed restrictions. No smoking or drug use on property. Application with credit, criminal background ,and eviction history check for about $30. Renters insurance and rental history is a must. Renter must make 2.5x the rent.
