I have 19k vested in the property and unwilling to barter on the price.. All taxes are paid up to date. No liens.. property is free and clear. Why pay $400 to $500 per month plus lot rent when you can put that same money toward owning your own property?? $400 mo x 12 = $4800 plus lot rent of another $250 month = $3000yr. Total is $7800 yr. $19000 / $7800 = 2 yrs 4mos. With half down, within 1 year and 2 months you would own your own property and only have to pay $150 property taxes every 6 months (300 yearly) from there on out.
