Nice big front porch with roof to enjoy a lovely day in any weather. This house has plenty of closets for all your clothing or storage needs. You wont have to go far for almost any needs plenty of shops, delicious restaurants, and other business near by. All utilities are paid for by the tenant. House comes with stove and refrigerator, but we do not furnish appliances. If you plan to use the appliances left in the house that is up to you but you are responsible for any repairs to appliances if you choose to use them. We do not allow cats, or large dogs 25lbs or bigger. The yard is spacious but not fenced in if you have a small dog you will have to take dog out on a leash, and the dog must be house broken.
