We will however expect you to leave the apartment as if non-pet owners will be occupying next, having it professionally cleaned if necessary. One month of deposit is required but less than 1 year lease is ok and the deposit can be waived with prepayment of the entire lease. Water, gas and electricity is included to the rent. Street parking is possible but there's also a little alleyway behind the building which will increase your chances of getting a parking spot. Zipcar is also available in the parking lot next door. Wisconsin Ave has many bus lines operating frequently and will give easy access to AU, GWU and Georgetown Electricity, gas and water are included
