This property is available on a rent-to-own basis. Our lease to own homes are a path to home ownership, we are not looking for perfect credit, we look at each person individually, and design a lease to own program specific for your needs. Our lease terms are 36 months. The lease to own monthly fees go towards the home, lot rent and percentage of that payment goes into a savings for you to purchase the home when (or before) your lease expires. It is a great program! If you purchase a home you have lot rent and which ranges from $465 to $495 depending on the lot. Again during the lease to own term, the lot rent is included. The LTO program starts at $1400 that includes the lot rent. Utilities are separate including water. To get into the program, you would need to be approved. There is a $25/application fee per applicant. Once approved you would pick out one of our homes. The monthly lease prices are determined on the home you chose, they range from $1450-$1575/month depending on the home. The move in fees are as follows: ? $25 application fee per applicant Once approved: ? $3,000 option payment (at move in or can be used to hold a home for 30 days) ? 1st month lease payment (full month if move in on 1st, prorated lease payment after the 1st) ?
