House is gated for security, and rent includes all utilities (garbage, water, PG&E), along with use of the one stall attached garage. Washer/dryer in laundry room at the rear of the house, and the backyard includes a new deck, fence, and plenty of fruit trees (pear, apple, plum, fig and lemons). The house is located a 10-minute bike/20-minute walk from the Fruitvale BART station, 15-minute bike/30-minute walk from Lake Merritt and close to shops/dining in the Dimond & Fruitvale districts. Cats, dogs, rabbits welcome, provided they get along with my slightly insane puppy, who's only purpose in his life up to this point seems to be playing fetch and tug-of-war as much as possible. Move-in date is flexible, and move-in costs are first month's rent ($1,800) and security deposit ($1,800), for a total of $3,600.
