This home is solidly built to withstand hurricanes. The pilings are built on individual footings and are poured full of concrete plus full of re-bar for added strength. The metal roof is only 2 years old. The home needs some attention, mostly cosmetic like floor covering in the kitchen, dining area, and utility room. There are a couple holes in the drywall inside and trim work needs to be done. It would be best for anyone interested in buying to go take a look at the outside then set up a time with me to see inside. I won't entertain owner financing and am not interested in renting. I am selling because a family member that lived there didn't take care of it and moved out leaving me to deal with it and I'm not physically able to do the things that would make it an outstanding place to live again.
