Your kids and friends will also enjoy the community size lap pool and / or the oversized hot tub. Both can be heated separately. In the evening you can enjoy a BBQ on the large screened in lanai around the table that seats 8, or you relax in the movie theater on the extremely comfortable leather recliner and enjoy your favorite movie. Bring your own popcorn and watch the movie on the huge 10ft screen. The house is completely furnished. All you have to bring are your personal items. House features 1 kings bed, 2 queen beds and one room with 2 Twin beds. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. Price during off season is $150 per DAY and $170 per DAY during season for up to 4 guests. Additional guests will lead to higher rent. All prices are subject to 11.5% tax ( Sales - & Tourist Tax ) to be paid on top of the rent. Cleaning fee ( $180 ) is also based on 1 - 4 guest occupancy and will increase for more guests.
